What you will do:
- Provide customer support to international customers via phone, email, and chat,
- Deliver client products, such as analytics and YouTube services, to customers,
- Collaborate with account managers to deliver efficient and timely service to multiple clients,
- Work with business development team to expand services and acquire new clients,
- Develop and implement risk and mitigation plans with project stakeholders,
- Report performance status and escalate issues to manager as needed,
- Design and develop web pages for clients within agreed timelines,
- Design marketing materials and presentations following brand guidelines,
- Provide information and education to customers, updating trackers and tools as needed,
- Share knowledge with team members through sessions and participate in organizational activities,
Skills & Experience:
- University Degree must have
- Fluency in English and native Spanish
- Good Verbal & Written Communication
- Very good MS Office skills (Excel)
Good to have:
- Experience in End Business Domains and Online/Digital Marketing
